To place your final order, you will need to register on JustShop24.com with the requested details. Also to avail free delivery minimum order of Rs. 500 has to be placed, however we accept orders of minimum value Rs.200. However, feel free to browse the site without any conditions.

Yes, we supply all over the Kolkata. The rates are the same all over the Kolkata irrespective of the area.

However, we reserve the rights in case any order is not possible to deliver because of any unavoidable circumstances.

Before you have confirmed your order, you can simply add or remove items to or from your shopping cart. After order confirmation, changes can be made by reaching out to our Customer Service team at 033-6050 2424 or contact@JustShop24.com.

If you have placed an order for a particular product and it later becomes unavailable due to unavoidable circumstances, someone from our Customer Service team will get in touch with you to inform you of the same. You could choose to cancel it from the order or select a replacement, if available and the bill will be edited accordingly. In the case of pre-paid orders, the amount for cancelled products will be refunded in Loyalty Points or credited back to the account.

Yes we can use past orders to make a new order or reorder. By simply going on to My Account then My Order History then click on the option Re-order. Then you can simply reorder your previous order in part or in full.

We deliver in two time slots (at present) : MORNING and EVENING. 

 

1. Place your order before 10 AM for delivery up to next day Morning.

2. For orders placed after that but before 4 PM will be delivered up to next day Evening.

JustShop24 provides free home delivery on minimum order of Rs. 500. Orders below that are chargeable at Rs. 30 per delivery.

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The prices mentioned on the website are the final prices.

We will try to have on time record. However, if we are going to be slightly late due to unavoidable circumstances like vehicle breakdown or traffic, our Customer Service team will be in touch to inform you of the same.

Your order will be delivered as per the slot you selected. If you are not at home or unavailable when we reach, we will schedule a re-delivery for you. However, a fee of Rs.30 will be appended to your bill.

Yes, your delivery date & slot can be changed by reaching out to our Customer Service team on 033-60502424 or contact@JustShop24.com. If this intimation comes after dispatch of order, a fee of Rs.30 will be charged to your bill.

We have a very flexible return policy which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if there is a defect in goods, damage in transit, or due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and make the necessary adjustments to your order value. We request you to check all the items at the time of delivery. However, please note: If a product is returned due to a change in mind and your order value goes below our minimum order requirement of Rs.500, you will be assessed an additional delivery fee.

Products purchased can be returned as below:

Bread/Fruits & Vegetables/ Dairy Products – Within 24 hours of delivery.

Packaged Food & Non Food – Within 3 days of delivery.

The amount will be refunded to you in the form of JustShop Points which you can use as store credit for future purchases. In case of credit card payments, the money can also be refunded to your account in 8 to 10 working days. JustShop24.com offers you multiple modes of payment. You could pay using all major banks credit cards, debit cards or net banking facilities and cash on delivery. Rest assured that our trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

We have a loyalty points program called InstaShop points.

You can earn InstaShop points by remaining connected to us and refering friends and relatives to our site. For every successful referal you get 10% of their order value as points credited to your instashop points wallet.

2. On orders where an eCoupon has been used or InstaShop Points have been redeemed, no InstaShop Points will be redeemed.

If you have a valid eCoupon, enter the coupon code in the eCoupon tab on the Payment page while checking out. If the coupon is invalid, an error message will display. This may be due to an incorrect code, coupon no longer being applicable or your order not meeting the coupon criteria. If the coupon is valid, cart amount/details will update automatically.
