Bourbon Cake

Servings: 1 pound  |  Total time: 30 mins

1 cup Marie Gold bicuits (crushed)
1-1/2 cup Bournbon biscuits (crushed)
3 tbsp chocolate powder
1-1/2 cup low fat milk (chilled)
1 packet plain Eno
1 Butter paper

For Garnish:
Cadbury Dairy Millk Crackle Shavings

1. In a bowl mix all ingredients, except Eno and whisk in one direction. Then add Eno
2. Pour in a cake tin covered with butter paper.
3. In a preheated oven bake for 15 min. Test whether it is done by inserting a knife in it, if the knife comes out clean it is done.
4. Garnish with Chocolate shavings.
5. Serve Hot with vanilla ice cream.
